Using the CutUnix Application Tutorial
To enter the application, first enter your number. Enter the activation code sent via SMS in . After confirming the code, select the province and city where you live. At this stage, you will be faced with two options:
1) If you have an identification code, you can enter the application for free by entering the code and use the facilities.
2) If you do not have an identification code, you must pay the specified amount through in-app payment and access the application’s features.
By selecting the profile option, enter your user information including your name, surname, specialty, province and city.
By selecting this icon, you have two options:
1) Quick order registration:
(It is recommended to use this option to place an order for cutting and tape services.)
First, you need to specify the details of the piece (color, thickness and height of the strip), then choose the type and thickness of the sheet. Write the length and width of the sheet in the specified box.
After registration, specify the length and width of the piece and the Persian items, the groove and the length and width of the strip and the number of pieces. After confirmation, you can complete your order or send a new piece. After confirmation, it is possible to edit the order. At the end, select the desired service workshop and specify how to prepare the sheet and how to send it, then click the option to send to a service.
2) Advanced order registration:
(It is recommended to use this option to order cnc, vacuum and tape services.)
To register an advanced order, select a service workshop and specify how to prepare and send the sheet. Next, send detailed information and details of the order through photo, video or voice and finally click the final confirmation option.
By selecting the orders option on the main page of the application, select the desired order, and in the conversation with a service section, you can send the description and desired items. You can download your order form by returning to the previous menu and choosing to view the order form.
In the main menu of the application, by selecting the support icon, you can discuss your questions and problems with the collection experts.
